Getting started
Open the app, pick a tool, choose a photo from your library or take a new one, then tap Run. Results appear in seconds to a couple of minutes depending on the tool, and are saved to your history inside the app. You don’t need an account to start — a guest profile is created automatically so your credits and history are kept.
Credits
- Most tools cost credits. You start with free credits, and your balance is topped up daily.
- You can also earn credits by verifying your email and by inviting friends (both sides get a bonus).
- Credits are free — they are not sold, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- PRO subscribers don’t spend credits at all.
PRO subscription
- PRO unlocks every premium tool, removes credit limits and enables priority processing.
- Weekly and yearly plans are available. Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- To cancel: open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → select Enhance My Photo AI → Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops future renewals; the current period stays active until it ends.
- Already subscribed but the app doesn’t show PRO? Tap Restore Purchase — it’s available on the subscription screen and in Settings → Account. Make sure you’re signed in to the same Apple ID that made the purchase.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us: visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Photos and privacy
- To generate a result, the photo you choose is sent over an encrypted connection to our AI processing provider. The app asks for your explicit permission before the first photo is ever sent.
- You can withdraw that permission at any time in Settings → Privacy → AI processing.
- We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we never share them with advertisers.
- Your results are private to your account — the app has no public feed or community.

Deleting your data
- A single result: open it from your history and delete it — the record and its image files are removed.
- Your whole account: Settings → Delete account. This permanently deletes your profile, credits, entire history and stored images. It cannot be undone.
Troubleshooting
- “Unsupported image content” — our provider automatically rejects images that don’t meet content rules. Please try a different photo.
- A job failed or timed out — this is usually a connection problem. Tap Try again; credits are not charged for failed jobs.
- The result looks wrong or low quality — AI results vary with the input. A sharper, well-lit photo where the subject is clearly visible gives much better results.
- Can’t pick a photo — check that photo access is allowed for the app in the iOS Settings app. If you granted access to selected photos only, use “Select More Photos” to add the one you need.
- Images look blurred with a lock icon — that tool is PRO only. Subscribe to unlock, or use one of the free tools.
